. Post-Doctoral position - Helena Vieira and Miguel Viana-Baptista Groups

A full-time position in Neurobiology and Molecular and Cellular Neurosciences is available for a highly motivated post-doc to join a multidisciplinary team including researchers and clinicians.
The position is initially funded for 6 months, renewable up to 30 months.
Selection will begin now until end of October to start in January 2019 but will continue until the right post-doc is found.

. Post-Doctoral position - Otília Vieira Lab

A Posdoctoral research contract is available in the Lysosomes in Chronic Human Pathologies and Infection Lab at CEDOC. The posdoc will work on the pro-atherogenic potential of a novel family of oxidized lipids, identified by shotgun lipidomics in cardiovascular disease patients, in cells and animal models. The potential on these lipids in prognosis and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases will also be assessed. This project will be carried together with cardiologists from Hospital Santa Cruz, Carnaxide (Lisbon area) and a German Lipidomics company.

. Lab Manager and Postdoctoral Fellow positions - Alisson Gontijo Lab

The Integrative Biomedicine Laboratory is recruiting:

1) a Research Lab Manager (PhD required) to help us run a dynamic molecular genetics lab from Drosophila to hiPSCs

2) a Postdoctoral Fellow to study neuroendocrine control of development in flies

Funding for each position is available from October 2018 on (start date flexible) for up to two years and a half in a first instance.

One Postdoctoral Research position is available at Immunobiology and Pathogenesis Lab for an enthusiastic post-doc to join our translational immunology team.
Soares lab research breaches immunology and clinical research. Starting with clinical data and tissue samples from patients and probe for the cellular and molecular mechanisms involved.
